Ion exchange column is a cylindrical pressure vessel which is used to make ion exchange reaction. Generally speaking, it is used to remove the calcium and magnesium ions by ion exchange resin, to get pure liquid. Ion exchange column working principle:
Adopt anion-cation regular process, pump the liquid into storage tank, and keep temperature about 30℃, then pump into cation column, remove all of calcium and magnesium ions, next delivery to anion column, remove negative ions, finall pump the syrup liquid into adjusting column to adjust the conductance and PH value.

Ion exchange resin regeneration:

Ion exchange column is the main material for ion exchange process, if ion exchange resin has been saturated, after regeneration will can be used for another ion exchange process. So this is the regeneration method of ion exchange resin. After soaking resin for a certain time, open all the valve, open the deionized water pump to wash resin, in the beginning, the water speed should low, after the acid or alkali fully washed out then increase the water speed.

Because of ion exchange column good performance and high efficiency, its widely used in varities of industry production.
