After size mixing, the flour is liquefied by multiple ejections to transform starch into mixed sugar liquid.
The 40%-50% dry protein corn feeds are got after filtration. By drying, crushing, sifting, the protein feeds go on market or wet cakes are directly sold to animal feeding industry.
The sugar liquid glucose to saccharification products after decoloration, ion exchange, concentration, isomerism and chromatograph. The products can be adjusted to F42,F55 according to clients' requirements.
